Guarantee

Our services are guaranteed with guests using recommended products. We do not offer refunds for service; however, for Aveda products, we can refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges must be done within 30 days with original receipt. 

Cancellations and No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved for you. We understand that life happens, and you may not be able to keep your reservation. 

Credit cards will be required for all reservations. 

No-shows and last minute cancellations do not allow us adequate time to fill the space with a guest from our extensive waitlist. This results in lost income for your service provider and our local small business. 

Life SalonSpa requires 24-hour’s notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service. All no-shows and cancellations within 2 hours of the booked appointment will be charged 100% of their missed reservation. Fees must be paid in full prior to reserving future appointments at Life SalonSpa. 

Exceptions may apply during extreme weather conditions such as heavy snowfall warnings, freezing rain warnings, or hurricane warnings.
