RESERVATIONS
Cancellations and No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved for you. We understand that life happens, and you may not be able to keep your reservation.
Credit cards will be required for all reservations.
No-shows and last minute cancellations do not allow us adequate time to fill the space with a guest from our extensive waitlist. This results in lost income for your service provider and our local small business.
Life SalonSpa requires 24-hour’s notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service. All no-shows and cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of their missed reservation. Fees must be paid in full prior to reserving future appointments at Life SalonSpa.
Exceptions may apply during extreme weather conditions such as heavy snowfall warnings, freezing rain warnings, or hurricane warnings.

Large Group Bookings and Parties
Large group bookings and parties need to be booked through our Guest Service’s team by calling the location you would like to reserve appointments at.
A valid credit card is required for all reservations.
Life SalonSpa requires 48-hours notice on large group bookings of 5 or more people to avoid a 50% charge of the scheduled services. All no-shows and cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of their missed reservation.
Additional charges for things such as opening early may apply.
